as the coronavirus has spread in the states, with some areas declaring a state of emergency, we want to ensure the well-being of all our residents. We are taking extra measures in disinfecting all common areas on scheduled cleaning days. Additionally, all houses supplied with disinfectant sprays and disinfectant wipes for use in all common areas.
please note: pictures of private rooms are from a 7-bedroom apartment and we have a similar 3-bedroom apt located next door in the same building. If you book a private room you will stay in one of those apartments. They have the same renovation so you can trust the pictures. Please ask for availability.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We vigilantly screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Once you've found the perfect room, click "Reserve" and provide some background information - all within 5 minutes. We will get back to you within 24 hours to either accept or decline your stay. No money is charged until you are guaranteed a room.
That's the easy part! Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, we’ll be there to welcome you to your new home. Neighborhood
Since the days of jay-z and lil kim, muhammad ali and chris rock, all former residents of bed-stuy, the area has changed a bit. Young professionals and burgeoning artists have moved in. It keeps its original community feel, but bed-stuy is growing with the changes. Cafes, small eateries, boutiques and nightlife spots are changing the feel. Places like peaches hot house, dough, the vintage store, harold and maude and night spots like c’mon everybody keeps the neighborhood true to its eclectic roots.
